Quantity Policy

Change My Order

If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order. Send emails to Support@Vitamins.net.

Cancel My Order

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may refuse the package for a full refund/credit. We are proud of the quality of our vitamins and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. Vitamins.net guarantees every product we sell.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed for 90 days from purchase date. If you are not completely satisfied, return the unused portion with a short explanation and we will promptly refund your money for the unused portion.

Your sales slip must accompany all returns.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipments

Vitamins.net will ship your order by USPS (available only in the contiguous 48 states).¹ FREE Shipping on any order $75 or more¹ (available only in the contiguous 48 states). All orders are shipped within 24 hours. (Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. do not process until the next business day. All orders received over the weekend (Friday - Sunday) will not be processed until Monday a.m., then will be shipped within 24 hours.) International Shipments - Including Mexico and Canada

Cost

All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination, plus a handling charge of $1.95. U.S. currency only. Sorry, our free shipping offer does not apply to International orders. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs.

Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from Vitamins.net, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Shipping Method

International orders are shipped via Air Mail which can take approximately 1-3 weeks for delivery.

Please allow 2 weeks for delivery, except in some areas such as PR, where it may take longer.

Lost or Damaged Shipment

Return A Product

We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied, return the unused portion with a short explanation. Once your return has been received, a refund will promptly be issued for the unused portion.

We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns as we can not be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.
